OBITUARY:
Henry Johnson passed away suddenly at his home here Tuesday morning. Death came unexpectedly while seated at hte breakfast table. He had been in poor health for several months but his death was a surprise to his family and neighbors.
Henry Johnson was born in Finland some 65 years ago and came to this county with his brother when a young man. He came to this community in 1921 from Portland. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Agnes Johnson, a son in Finland, two nieces and several step-children.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed when this was written.

At the residence, on route one, Tuesday, August 1, Henry A. Johnson, aged 65 years. Survived by widow Agnes; son James of Sweden, and nine step children. Funeral services will be held from the Salem Moruary, 545 North Capitol street, Thursday, August 3, at 2 p.m. Rev, Drill officiating. Interment will be in the Pioneer cemetery.
