MARRIAGE - to Nettie Woolery, 5 Jul 1903.
1910 OR CENSUS - Charles McDougall, age 46, b. Vermont, occupation carpenter, is enumerated with wife of 6 years, Nettie, age 30, (her second marriage), b. California, along with Ellis, age 5, Ross, age 4, and Arlethea, age 2, all born in Oregon.
1930 OR CENSUS - Charles E. McDougal [sic], age 66, married at age 40, occupation laborer, b. Vermont, is enumerated with wife Nettie, age 50, married at age 23, b. California, along with Ellis P., age 25, single, b. Oregon, Chauncey L., age 16, b. Oregon, Frances L., age 14, b. Oregon, and Harriet R., age 11, b. Oregon.
DISCREPANCY - DC, 1910, and 1930 census records give place of birth as Vermont, 1880 census gives place of birth as Canada. 

BIOGRAPHICAL (Gervais Star 29 Jul 1927 1:4): "Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Natfzger and C. E. McDougall, who attended the Spanish-American War Veterans reunion at Klamath Falls, returned home last week. They reported a fine, good time including a trip to Crater Lake.

OBITUARY: 
McDOUGALL - In this city, Aug. 26, Charles E. McDougall, aged 69, late of Gervais, Or., Husband of Nettie McDougall; father of Alice, Ross, Alethea, Chauncey, Frances, and Harriet McDougall, all of Gervais. Remains will be forwarded tomorrow (Monday) by the East Side Funeral Directors to Gervais, Or., for services and interment.
