OBITUARY:
SILVERTON -- Max Wittrein connected with the Eastman Bros. Plant here for the past 14 years, died early Friday night following a brief illness in which pneumonia followed an attack of influenza. He leaves his widow and three children. The body is in charge of Larson and Son. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
