OBITUARY: 
BROOKS (Special) -- Private funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the W. T. Rigdon Chapel for Mrs. Pauline Reed, 73, who died Monday at her home, Rt. 1, Box 147S, Brooks.
Dr. Paul Newton Poling will officiate. Burial will be at the Brooks Pioneer Cemetery.
A Brooks resident the past 20 years, Mrs. Reed was a native of Minnesota. She was born Nov. 25, 1887. Her husband, Frank, preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Frances Collard of Brooks, and Mrs. Bernice Huston of Warren; four sisters, Mrs. Rose Ewing and Mrs. Bessie Reeder, both Salem, Mrs. Mildred Verbeck of Rathdrum, Idaho, and Mrs. Stanley Moleck of Minneapolis; four brothers, Henry Marska of Spokane, Frank Marska of Sandpoint, Idaho, James Morris of Sacramento, Calif., and Clarence Marska of Roseburg; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
