OBITUARY: 
Roy H. Lightfoot, 77, 1513 Park Ave. NE, died Tuesday in a local hospital following an apparent heart attack.
He was a veteran of World War I and a retired shipyard worker.
Survivors include his sister Mrs. H. L. Ross of Salem; brother C. O. Lightfoot of Salem, Mrs. Leslie Thornton of South Bend, Wash.; step-sons Ralph Dawson and Ted Dawson, all of Salem; and numerous grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at City View [sic] Cemetery with Rev. L. Merle Green officiating.
