YAKIMA, Wash. -- Faye Elizabeth Eli, 49, formerly of Keizer, died Saturday in Yakima.
She was born in Newberg and raised and educated in the Willamette Valley.
For nine years, she worked as an aide at Fairview Training Center in Salem, resigning because of illness.
She loved to play the guitar.
Survivors include her son, Darrell of Yakima; sisters, Nancy Roan of Salem, Barbara Woosley of Jefferson, and Lana Wilkey and Joyce Wilkey, both of Yakima; brother, Eldon Boaz of Salem; and two grandchildren.
Visiting will be from 10 a.m. to noon today in Keizer mortuary, with services following at 3 p.m. Services will conclude with vault interment in Brooks Pioneer Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 241 Commercial St. NE, Salem, Ore. 97301.
