2nd MARRIAGE - "J. J. Becker, over 21 & Margaret Jones, over 18, m 16 Feb 1898 at house of & by J. G. Mosher, M. G. Aff: W. B. Brown. Wit: Anna M. Becker & Charles Becker. #5451 pg 135".
OBITUARY: 
Mrs. J. J. Becker of Woodburn, passed away at her home in that city on Nov. 30 1920, after a prolonged illness.
Margie Webb was born near Parkersville this county on Nov. 18, 1866. In 1889 she married Charley Jones who was accidently killed October 5, 1893. In 1896 she married J.J. Becker.
The Webb family were pioneers of this section and Mrs. Becker spent all her life here where she was well respected by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband J.J. Becker, two brothers, Frank Webb of Silverton and Don Webb of Woodburn, five sisters, Mrs. Jane Wade, Mrs. Tobitha Stevens, Mrs. Lucinda Simmons, Mrs.L.K. Siegmund, of Gervais and Mrs. Harrriett Groshong of Wilhoit, Ore. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and the Rebeka lodge.
Funeral services were held Thursday at 1 o’clock p.m. at the Presbyterian church at Woodburn. Interment was made in the Pioneer cemetery.
The Star joins with many friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
