PORTLAND - Visiting is 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Mon., May 23 at Cornwell Colonial Chapel, Woodburn. Graveside service Tues., May 24 at Brooks Pioneer Cemetery. Memorial service at 11 a.m., Sat., May 28 at 1st Methodist Church, Portland.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2005, in Brooks Pioneer Cemetery in Brooks for Edith P. Aspinwall, who died May 20 at age 99. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2005, in First Methodist Church in Portland.
Edith Manning was born Feb. 13, 1906, in Parkersville. She graduated from Gervais High School and lived in several Oregon locations, including Eugene, Bend and Forest Grove, before moving to Woodburn in 1965. She was a homemaker who taught kindergarten in Forest Grove for seven years. She volunteered knitting children's garments. She moved to Portland in 1990. In 1925, she married Harold; he died in 1978.
Survivors include her son, Dennis; daughter, Doris Tworoger; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Remembrances to the Terwilliger Plaza Foundation. Arrangements by Cornwell Colonial in Woodburn.
