OBITUARY: 
DALLAS -Talitha Neomi Nusom age 85 formerly of Gervais, Oregon died Friday, April 27 at Dallas, Oregon. She spent her last year at Dallas Retirement Village. Born at Perrydale, Oregon to Jack and Sophie (Wildt) Magel. She graduated from Gervais High School . Talitha married Donald Nusom October 17, 1947 at Salem, Oregon.
She worked with husband on their farm and Gervais Post Office for 25 years as rural Route carrier. She loved to golf with Woodburn Ladies Golf Club, up to the age of 84 at West Woodburn Golf. She enjoyed flowers and rose gardening.
She is survived by her husband Donald of Dallas and son Donald Nusom Jr. of Gervais, daughters; Joanne Nusom of Keizer, Susan Cribbs of Dallas, brother Jack Magel of Ontario. sisters; Gladys May of Portland, Rhoda Hollway of Woodburn, June Wedel of Keizer, Lou Temple of Medford, Sylvia Phillips of Portland. 2 grandchildren and 1great grandchild.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday May 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Cornwell Colonial/ Reception to follow at Chapel. Fellowship Hall Graveside Service at Brooks Pioneer Cemetery. Contributions to Dallas Retirement Village Foundation.
