1870 CENSUS - Cynthia Lerwill, age 40, b. Illinois, is enumerated with William Lerwill, age 77, occupation miller, b. England, along with Willard, age 6, Horace, age 3, Lydia, age 17, Elsie Parker, age 20, Lucinda Parker, age 17, and Geo. Parker, age 12, all born in Oregon.

DISCREPANCY - 1870 census record gives place of birth as Illinois, 1880 and 1900, give Ohio as state of birth.
PROBATE - "Ford, Cyntia A., File #2489. Intestate and unmarried. Died 03 Aug 1905 near Parkersville, over 83 years. Adm: P.C. Davis, brother, 02 Sep 1905. Children: W.D. Parker, son, 61, St. Johns, WA; S.A.D. Parker, son, 59, Silverton; Mary E. Bruner, dtr, 57, Mulino/Liberal, Clackamas Co. [H. Bruner]; E. Parker, son, 55, Gervais. Heirs of Homer Lerwill, dec'd son by former husband: Ethel Lerwill, 14; Mary Lerwill, 10 - both at Tollgate on Barlow Road in Sept 1905/ at Sheridan in Oct 1905. Dec'd during her lifetime was first married to Wm. Parker & after his death to one Lerwill and later to Daniel Ford. Eliza Parker purchased items at auction. Ella Parker presented bill for services from June 1901 to Feb. 1905. J. A. Johnson, Gdn of Lerwill minors."
