OBITUARY: 
Funeral services for Lina [sic] H. Allison, wife of James E. Allison, 2090 Ferry street, who died at a Salem hospital early Monday morning will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p. m. from Rigdon's morturary with Rev. H. C. Stover of the Knight Memorial church officating.
Mrs. Allison was born near Monroe, Benton county, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Harris, pioneers. A few years after her birth the family moved to Brooks where they lived until 1889 when they removed to Salem. With the exception of the four years spent in Eugene while Mr. Allison, to whom she was married in 1892, was connected with the University of Oregon, she spent the remainder of her life here.
Mrs. Allison was for over 50 years a church member, the past 16 or 16 years, with the Knight Memorial church and was active in chruch work. She is survived by her widower; a son, Donald J. Allsion, Salem; two sisters, Mrs. Frank E. Brown and Mrs. H. D. Emerick, and a brother, J. F. Harris, all of Salem. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Rigdon's, burial at Pioneer cemetery, Brooks. The Rev. H. C. Stover of the Knight Memorial church will officiate.
