OBITUARY: 
Harold M. Aspinwall, Sr., of Woodburn, died March 14 in a Portland hospital.
Born in Manchester, S.D., he moved with his family to the Brooks area in 1902 and has lived in Oregon since then. He moved to Woodburn in 19?5.
He has been a school teacher and administrator in Butteville, Mill City and Woodburn and later farmed near Astoria. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Masonic Lodge and the Woodburn Barracks of the Veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife Edith; son Dennis, Menlo-Park, Calif.; daughter Doris Harding, Tahiti; brother J. Pierre Aspinwall, Salem; sisters Ruth Ginn, Astoria and Helen Demarest, Salem and five grandchildren.
Services were held March 20 in the United Methodist Church in Woodburn and interment was in Pioneer Cemetery in Brooks. Cornwell Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
