Idaho, and Jeanene, age 10 months, b. Oregon OBITUARY:  Bernice Lillian Conklin, 73, of Milwaukie, died Sunday. A native of Mill City, she lived in Salem from 1938 until moving here in 1977. She worked for a time as a sales clerk at the Salem J.C. Penney store. Surviving are her husband, Arthur; daughter, Jeanene Kuhnau; sons, James, both of Portland, and Murray Conklin, Woodburn; and brothers, Donald Mason, Wapato, Wash., and Paul Mason, Lebanon. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Pioneer Cemetery, Brooks, under the directions of Peake mortuary here.
