Wisconsin, along with Kenneth G., age 3, b. California OBITUARY:  March 20, 1908 - November 19, 2001 BROOKS - Marie Holm, 93, died Monday. She was born in Harrison, Arkansas, and was a homemaker. She lived in Los Angeles, California, where she worked as a floor lady for Goodyear Tires and Firestone Tires Stores. She married Alek John Holm on April 25, 1925 in Los Angeles. They moved to Oregon in 1930 and her husband, Alek, pastored several churches in Oregon. They settled in Brooks in 1980. She enjoyed embroidery, fishing and traveling. She was a member of Brooks Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her daughter, Rose (and husband Phil) Kindsfather of Salem; sister-in-law, Glenda Holm of Eureka, California; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alek, on March 28, 1991; and by her son, Kenneth; and daughters, Ruby and Esther. Visiting will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Cornwell Colonial Chapel in Woodburn. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26 at the Assembly of God Church in Brooks.
