1920 OR CENSUS - Rispa Ringo, age 76, widowed, b. Indiana, is enumerated with son Guy E. Ringo, age 41, single, occupation farm laborer, b. Oregon, and daughter Jessie, age 36, single, b. Oregon.
OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Rispa Ringo, and Oregon pioneer of 1852, died Monday, Jan. 19, 1920, at her home in Woodburn, after a short illness, aged 76 years.
Mrs. Ringo was born in Ripley County, Indiana, May 17, 1843, and came by ox team across the plains to Oregon with her parents Hanson and Levina Stevens when 9 years of age, settling on Howell Prairie, where she grew to womanhood and married Hamilton Ringo, who died 27 years ago. Ten children survive her: Mrs. J. W. Groshong of Albany, Mrs. R. J. Ritchey of Salem, Mrs. C. N. McKay of Portland, Mrs. W. A. Buckner of Corvallis, Alva of Montana, Steve of California, Byron of Salem, Robert of Gervais, Miss Jessie and Guy of Woodburn; besides a brother Isaac Stevens of Howell Prairie, and sisters Mrs. Esson of Woodburn, Mrs. Smith of Silverton, and other sisters.
The funeral was held Thursday morning at the Church of God Chapel in Woodburn, Rev. J. R. Green of Grants Pass, officiating, and burial was in the Pioneer cemetery.
