OBITUARY: 
Anna Morris Hunsaker, 99, died Friday in Salem.
She was born in Newberg, and moved to Turner as a teen-ager. There, she married Howard N. Hunsaker on Sept. 3, 1911. She lived in Idaho for many years, then came to Salem in 1926 and lived here for the rest of her life. Her husband died in 1968.
She was past president of the Salem Women’s Club and the American War Mothers. She was active in many other organizations, and she enjoyed gardening, crafts and family gatherings.
She is survived by her daughter, Esther Himes of Portland; sons, Howard Jr. of Roseburg and Morris of Salem; brother Nathan Morris of Weiser, Idaho; and sister, Florence Case of Portland.
Memorial services will be in Cloverdale Cemetery, Turner.
Contributions may be made to the Willamette Lutheran Homes.
