1870 OR CENSUS - Fleming Eoff, age 52, occupation laborer, b. Kentucky, is enumerated in the home of George Eoff, age 62, occupation farmer, b. Kentucky, and Nancy, age 49, b. Kentucky [sic?], along with William Bauer, age 5, b. Oregon.
1880 OR CENSUS - Fleming Eoff, age 62, single, occupation farm laborer, b. Kentucky, is enumerated as brother, in the home of Leonard J. Eoff, age 67, occupation farmer, b. Kentucky, and his wife, Mary D., age 64, b. Kentucky.
ILLNESS (Source- Woodburn Independent 3 Oct 1891):
"Fleming Eoff, of Macleay, has long been suffering with Bright's disease, and he is not expected to live."

OBITUARY: At the family home, near Macleay, on the morning of Sunday Oct. 4, 1891, after a protracted illness, Fleming Eoff.
Deceased was a Marion county pioneer and a respected citizen in the community in which he resided for many years.
