1900 OR CENSUS - Thomas A. Jones, age 54, widowed, occupation farmer, b. Aug 1845 in Indiana, is enumerated with children Etta G., single, age 25, b. Jan 1875 in Oregon, Edith M., age 21, single, b. Jul 1878 in Oregon, John C., age 20, single, b. Mar 1880 in Oregon, Clifford T., age 18, b. Apr 1882 in Oregon, and Bessie E., age 16, b. Mar 1884 in Oregon.
DISCREPANCY: DC birth year (1844) differs from marker (1846) - and 1900 census gives year of birth as 1845.
DISCREPANCY: Census records give place of birth as Indiana, but DC gives place of birth as Missouri;
OBITUARY: 
At his residence in the Waldo Hills Wednesday, February 18, at 11 a.m., T. A. Jones, aged 69 years.
Funeral services will be held from the residence on Friday at 1 p.m. Rev. P. S. Knight will officiate and the burial will take place in the Warren Cemetery. Deceased was a pioneer of Waldo Hills section and leaves several sons.
