1930 OR CENSUS - Cassius McCallister, age 55, married at age 28, occupation general farm laborer, b. Washington, and Lela, age 45, married at age 18, b. Oregon, along with Leo, age 23, Raymond McCallister, age 16, Juanita, age 15, Norman, age 13, and Alfred, age 11, all born in Oregon;
OBITUARY: 
C.B. McAllister, suddenly Friday night at the age of 69 years. Survived by his wife, Lela McAllister of Silverton, four sons, Alfred, Norman, Raymond, and Leo McAllister, all of Salem; a daughter, Juanita Wilson of Salem; a sister, Iva Balch of Salem; and a brother, Bob McAllister of Independence. Announcement of services later by the Ekman Funeral Home.

Silverton – Funeral services for Cash A. McCallister, 67, who died November 29 at his home on Salem route 5, will be held from the memorial chapel of the Ekman funeral home Wednesday at 2 o’clock with final rites at the Oak Knoll cemetery in the Waldo Hills. He was born in Washington – December 27, 1879. Surviving are his widow, Lela, and the following children, Alfred, Norman, Leo, Raymond, and Juanita Wilson, all of Salem; sister, Mrs. Iva Balch, Salem, and brother, William of Independence.
