OBITUARY:
Dorothy Lillian Chrisman, 76, of Salem died Thursday. She was born in Salem and was a lifetime resident of the area. She was a retired cook for Salem Equipment Company. She married Delbert Chrisman on April 18, 1980, in Reno, Nev. She was a member of the Jason Lee Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Melvin Hasche of Keizer; stepdaughters, Lajuana Chrisman of Keizer and Cheryl Piper of Salem; a stepson, Lionel Chrisman of Salem, and a brother, George Gilham of Portland.
Survivors will begin at 2 p.m. Monday in Weddle’s Mortuary, Stayton. Interment will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Salem.
