1880 OR CENSUS - Florence Riches, age 6, b. Oregon, is enumerated with father Geo. Riches, age 59, occupation farmer, b. England, and Mary J., age 45, b. Indiana, along with Ella, age 18, Charles, age 16, Eugene, age 13, Stella, age 10, all born in Oregon.

Aug 1893 in Oregon, is enumerated with husband of 8 years, Charles Given, age 29, occupation farmer, b. Nov 1870 in Canada, year of immigration 1881, along with John, age 25, farmer, William, age 20, Martha, age 18, Mary. age 16, Maggie, age 14, and George, age 12, all born in Canada. Also enumerated with the family is Mary Welch, identified as mother-in-law [of George], age 79, b. England.
1910 OR CENSUS - Florence Given, age 36, mother of 6 children 5 of whom are living at the time of the census, b. Oregon, is enumerated with her husband of 18 years, Charley H. Given, age 39, occupation farmer, b. Canada, along with Mary, age 16, b. Oregon, Millie, age 12, b. Oregon, Thelma, age 9, b. Oregon, Alice, age 7, b. Oregon, and Kenneth, age 4, b. Oregon.
OBITUARY: 
Descendant of Waldo Hills Pioneers Dies – Silverton – Mrs. Florence R. Given, 82, last remaining child of the George P.S. Riches, Waldo Hills pioneers, died Friday night at Grande Ronde, where she had lived the past few years.
Mrs. Given was born Aug. 31, 1873, on the Riches donation land claim, part of which is now owned by grandchildren of the first settler. She had spent almost her entire life in the Silverton community.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Ekman Chapel here with the Rev. Paul Wayne Henry officiating. Burial will be in the Pioneer Mt. Hope Cemetery in Waldo Hills.
Survivors are daughters, Mrs. Mary Verrier and Mrs. Millie Kaser, both of Tillamook; Mrs. Thelma Dahlen, Portland, and Mrs. Alice Terry, Silverton; one son, Kenneth Given, in California; 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Florence R. Given –Silverton – Funeral services for Florence R. Given will be held Tuesday, May 15, from Memorial Chapel, Ekman Funeral Home, Silverton.
Rev. Paul Wayne Henry of the Methodist Church will officiate and final rites will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Silverton.
