OBITUARY:
Silverton – Mrs. Cora E. Parton, 90, of 504 Jefferson St., Silverton, died Wednesday at a Silverton nursing home. She lived in Silverton the past 29 years.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Cora Ellen Rogers and Mrs. Ora Egan, both of Silverton; and sons Orval, Woodburn; George, Portland, and Louis in Tunisia.
Services are pending at Unger Funeral Chapel.
